Alex Ende:

Alexander Michael Ende has been in the real estate and financing business for 8 years. Graduating from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor Degree and a focus on real estate, his education and training has been geared towards the world of real estate and financing. With a family background in real estate investing ranging from large commercial deals to residential development, his experience is quite extensive in all aspects of the business. Prior to moving to Florida 2 years ago, Alex worked at Extreme Realty and NY Retail Solutions in Manhattan with a focus on commercial real estate sales and commercial leasing. Upon his relocation to South Florida, Alex and his partners began operating a mortgage brokerage with a concentration on residential financing. The natural progression was to bring his real estate expertise into the company, and with addition of Jordana Ende as the managing broker, eThree Realty was born. Alex and the rest of the eThree team are dedicated to raising the standard for customer service and education. Jonathon Ende:

Jonathon Ende grew up in Northern Jersey and later attended Goizueta Business School of Emory University (currently ranked 12th in the country according to US News) in Atlanta. At Goizueta, Jonathon was Vice President of the Business School and chairman of the Undergraduate Business School Leadership Conference (UBSLC). The UBSLC has attendees from over 40 American Universities and 12 International universities. While at Goizueta, Jonathon had the chance to meet with renown entrepreneurs including Howard Schultz, founder and chairman of Starbucks. He graduated Emory and Goizueta with a double major in Business Administration (with focuses on Real Estate and Marketing) and a Liberal Arts degree in Philosophy. He received the prestigious Burt and Betty Schear Book Award – granted to one member of the class “most likely to make an impact on his or her universe.” After a short stint in Real Estate investment banking in New York City, although courted by large corporations such as Credit Suisse First Boston, Jonathon decided to relocate to Florida to chase his entrepreneurial aspirations. He began by founding one of the largest outsource mortgage processing companies in the country. Later he expanded his expertise and partnered with his brother, Alex, to found their own mortgage company, later to become eThree Finance. Finally, the last E, Jordana, joined the Ende team, and eThree Realty was born. With his strong business background, years of experience in mortgage processing, mortgage financing, and real estate investing, Jonathon looks forward to working with you on the perfect real estate transaction, whatever it may be.

Jordana Ende:

Jordana Ende, a New Jersey native, graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University in Boston with a double major in International Relations and Art History. She has lived in various cities around the world – including Paris, Tel Aviv, Los Angeles, New York City, and today calls Fort Lauderdale her home. After years in Manhattan as a sales and marketing executive at Estee Lauder, Jordana followed her dreams of a career in real estate. As managing broker and director of Sales for eThree Realty, Jordana enjoys working and spending time with her clients and eThree agents. Her efficiency, professionalism, and acuity make her as good as she is at her job. Marion Richards

Marion has been in the mortgage business for five years. In college she majored in Business, and enjoys all aspects of the investment world. As such, she acts as the Financial Liaison to eThree's clients to assure a pleasnt real estate buying experience. She loves the fast pace of the real estate business, and the satisfaction of knowing her clients are informed as well as happy. She learns something new every day!

Brandon Sternfield

At the age of 18, Brandon both received the highest honor among Boy Scouts, the Eagle Scout, and also started college for Computer Science. After a brief year and a half, he graduated top of his class with an Associate of Science degree.

After trying different industries, he joined eThree, where he currently uses skills learned from many aspects of his life. He currently works the phones at eThree in between all his other tasks. His primary task is to manage eThree's online presence, and enhance their Search Engine Optimization. He's a major contributor of the Digital Marketing team, and a very active member of the Real Estate Webmasters forum; he's helping others learn the art, giving back to the community that taught him.

Chances are if you've talked to anyone at eThree on the phone, you've talked to Brandon at least once also.

Marc Ende

Keep it in the family. Marc is the youngest of the Ende clan and of course the most talented. Currently, Marc is attending the University of Boulder Colorado Business School in order to hone his skills and come join the eThree Realty name. The only debate at that time will be whether of not we have to change our name to eFour Realty. It doesn’t have the same ring to it, but I am sure we will figure something out.

Judy Conner:

As a native of Fort Lauderdale, Judy Conner was born and raised here in beautiful, sunny South Florida. She attended the University of Florida, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation. She lived in Jacksonville for a few years, where she was the Marketing and Activities Director for Century 21 Apts. (a very active all-adult apartment community). However, when her older sister became pregnant, she decided it was time to move back to Fort Lauderdale to be near her family again.

Upon her return home, Judy worked at many of the larger resort hotels in the hospitality industry in catering department. She was the Director of the Print Division with Remington Models & Talent, where she worked with Channel 7 television doing many promotional events. As well as the Office Manager for Michael D. Conner & Associates, a Landscape Architecture firm, located in Wilton Manors for 4+ years, which closed its doors.

Then for two years she was the Project Manager for a major home remodeling job, but after this was completed Judy felt it was finally time to get back into the Work Force. Because of her love of family, marketing and the real estate industry, the job opportunity as the Office Manager at eThreeRealty was a perfect fit. Judy looks forward to being a part of this trendsetting company and part of the team at eThree Realty too!

Meredith Goldberg

Meredith was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York but she now considers herself a Florida native. She has been working in Real Estate for most of her life and is an expert in listing property and finding the right property for you, whether it is a primary, second, or investment property.

Susan Granick

Susan is a native Floridian with a wealth of local knowledge, having attended Southwest Miami High School and graduating from the University of Florida in Gainesville, and being a resident of the award-winning city of Coral Springs since 1994.

Susan graduated UF with a Bachelor's in Advertising, plus a minor in Business Administration. Prior to her real estate career, Susan led advertising and marketing teams at the corporate headquarters of such notable companies as Macy's, Office Depot, and Sunbeam, Inc.

Susan is a proud mom of two, and actively involved in her community, participating in a number of charitable events, and attending Temple Beth Chai. Susan has served on the political candidate screening committee for the Greater Fort Lauderdale Board of Realtors.

Susan enjoys helping people buy and sell real estate wisely, and says the business doesn't bring her customers, it brings her new friends. She specializes in North Broward, from Coral Springs to Lighthouse Point, as well as CO and UT ski resort communities. Susan Hoffman

Susan is a native of Rochester, New York where she spent her career in Business to Business sales. Before moving to Florida she was involved in launching the Sarbanes-Oxley act for various companies. She has extensive knowledge working with CEO’s and CFO’s from fortune 500 companies.

Susan is most comfortable working developers who are looking to liquidate their properties and finding qualified buyers for them. She works hard building relationships with both buyers and sellers.

In her spare time she enjoys going to the beach, golfing and supporting the Buffalo Bills. Even when she is not in the office Susan is always networking.

Lucas Satten

Lucas Satten has been an active real estate investor for over 10 years. It all started when he bought his first duplex at the age of 21. Jeffrey M. Simons

Jeffrey M. Simons is a Connecticut native who graduated from Mitchell College and then attended The Medical Arts Training Center and graduated as a Paramedic. Ray Subick

Ray grew up in New York City and graduated historical Newtown High School in Elmhurst, Queens. His family then relocated to Coral Springs where Ray attended Florida Atlantic University completing his Bachelor Degree in Finance. Ray began his career at American Express in corporate finance. While at American Express, most of his clients owned substantial Real Estate assets which taught Ray the value of owning real estate.
